How does the adaptive support system work with different sleeping positions?
The pad is equipped with
hundreds of sensors that identify different body types and sleeping positions.
Based on the real-time pressure distribution, it adjusts the inflation and
deflation of hundreds of airbags of varying sizes, ensuring that the spine
remains aligned horizontally at all times.
What materials are used in the sleeping pad, and are they safe for all users?
The sleeping pad consists of airbags, foam, and a cooling fabric on the surface. The airbags are made of TPU, a material commonly used in outdoor sleeping bags and other products. For the comfort layer, we chose high-resilience breathable foam, and the surface cooling fabric is made from polyester and PE. These materials are safe and non-toxic for users.
What are the dimensions of the sleeping pad, and is it compatible with standard bed sizes?
The sleeping pad comes in two sizes: TWIN XL and KING. The TWIN XL measures 38" x 80" (96.5cm x 203cm), and the KING size is 76" x 80" (193cm x 203cm).
Does the cooling system's temperature remain constant, or does it change during the night? How low can the temperature be? Is there a risk of leakage in the refrigeration tank? In addition to cooling, can the sleeping pad also be heated?
The pad provides cooling through a physical cooling system composed of water and coolant mediums. As a result, its nighttime temperature gradually increases as the coolant effect diminishes, eventually equalizing with the ambient room temperature. The cooling effect can reduce the temperature by approximately 8°C to 10°C below room temperature.
The cooling water tank is made of one-piece molded ABS plastic, which eliminates the possibility of leaks unless cracked or damaged.
Currently, this sleeping pad only has a cooling function, but in the next version, we plan to add a heating feature.
How often do I need to replace the coolant?
If you tend to feel hot while sleeping and have a strong need for cooling, we recommend replacing the coolant mediums daily.
Does the app work on both iOS and Android devices?
Yes, the app can be downloaded from the App
Store and Google Play.
How do you clean and maintain the sleeping pad?
If you use the sleeping pad on a regular mattress at home, it is recommended to cover it with a fitted sheet, so you only need to wash the sheet as needed. If the cooling fabric on the surface of the pad gets dirty, simply unzip it to remove and place it in the washing machine for cleaning.
What is the expected lifespan of the sleeping pad?
The designed lifespan of the sleeping pad is
around 5 years.
