Core Technology
Before creating this smart sleeping pad, our team spent years researching and developing textile sensors. We use our in-house designed and manufactured sensors to deliver fully vertically integrated solutions across multiple industries, including automotive, medical and healthcare, and smart furniture.
Textile Sensor
The sandwich-structure piezoresistive textile sensor: the external layers are crossed to make a pressure grid and the crossed points accurately measure each pressure from the body.

Software
The Dr.Cushion APP enables remote customization of all feature settings, while also delivering in-depth sleep analytics and reports. By automating routine adjustments, it streamlines workflows and elevates operational efficiency, resulting in higher satisfaction and reduced manual intervention.
Our proprietary algorithms and robust APIs enable seamless integration with existing platforms and systems for turnkey deployment and data-driven sleep care.
Cooling System
The topper integrates a network of micro-tubing into a low-profile layer, enabling uniform fluid flow and thermal transfer across the sleep surface. The external cooling unit (“Cooler”) houses both pump and heat-exchange mechanisms, conditioning the coolant-water blend to a lower temperature and driving continuous circulation.
Our cooling system is an optional feature, providing users with the flexibility to attach it to the sleeping pad only when additional cooling is required.
